At Procore, we as a Design System Team sought to elevate Procore's global user experience by creating a world class design guidelines website. This is the story of how it was made.
At HubSpot, a team of engineers and a content designer from the Strategic Integration team developed a reusable framework for how to respond when a 3rd party integration experiences an outage or breaking change that affects the uptime of HubSpot's integrations.
At Procore, I am on a small team of strategists which supports a design org of just under a hundred designers. Finding creative ways to scale my team is something I've always been passionate about, so we built a unique Content Library for all of Product and Engineering to use.
We noticed inconsistencies throughout Procore's application around the delete actions, so we created a research plan to determine a consistent experience.
This is a presentation I gave at Pendo's user conference, Pendomonium, in 2019. It outlines a replicable strategy on how to create and roll out a scalable in-app messaging strategy with a hyper focus on the user's experience in your product.
Working cross-departmentally with Customer Support, Technical Documentation, as well as UX, we redesigned Procore's error pages, saving Procore hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I designed an app from scratch that facilitates sharing information and building community between residents in apartment complexes.
Instead of deleting the empty states I designed for this website when they were no longer needed, I decided to keep them and showcase them here.
